Abstract: In this paper, we extract the dielectric constant of two classifications of polymers: polar and non-polar types. The complex dielectric constants are derived from the transmission and reflection coefficients that are measured using Quasi-Optical free-space method at W-band. The results are compared with those in other previously published works.
